He is the Shepherd of his flock at his church and is always available for counseling or just a caring ear for those who want to share. His caring attitude is recognized by the community as well as his church. He is the Director of Spiritual Services and Faith Based Initiative for Hospice Care. People request his presence as their lives come to an end and look forward to his comforting words and help in preparing their families for the inevitable. Pastor Swick's commitment to the community and the people in need is recognized by many. His never ending quest to "Blanket the Homeless", to help with his church's food pantry, to distribute clothing, toys and personal hygiene products to not only his church members but to non members as well is greatly appreciated.
